A. Window Boxes. The following group of plants are thoseadapted for window boxes in varying exposures of sunlight. Theseplants should not be placed in window boxes which cannot be thor-oughly drained unless great care is exercised in watering; otherwisethe soil will become sour and the plants will be "drowned out."

a. South or west exposure:

Ageratum houstonianum (dwarf) Hedera helix

Floss Flower English Ivy

Antirrhinum (intermediate or dwarf) Heliotropium peruvianum

Snapdragon Heliotrope
